Our son Cody will always be our hero, he fought a battle that most would have just given up on.

When you hear “I’m sorry your child has Cancer” and “I’m sorry there is nothing more we can do”, those are tough words for a parent. You find yourself soaking in all the moments that you have left and all those you won't, all the while trying to find a way to say “Goodbye.”

Before Cody left us we asked him some things, we knew that we wanted to give back and help others because we had so many who helped us.  We talked to him about doing a memorial roping in his name and asked what he wanted to be done, and he told us,

“Raise the money and give it away.”

So that is our mission, to let his legacy live on and to help a child go on a trip of a lifetime.
